High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polyethylene High Density (PEHD) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum, its recycling code is 2. (#2 plastic Label) We are into the process of recycled HDPE plastic granules from last two decades with huge industry experience of our team and mentor.
Vanshika Plastic Industry HDPE Special Features
HDPE plastic has several properties that make it ideal as a packaging and manufacturing product. It as stronger than standard polyethylene, acts as an effective barrier against moisture and remains solid at room temperature. It resists insects, rot and other chemicals.
HDPE melting point more than 20°C (36°F) higher than LDPE, it can withstand repeated exposure to 120°C (250°F) so that it can be sterilized.
Good impact resistance, light weight, very low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength.
Good chemical resistance and high rigidity make it a good choice for trays and tanks.
Vanshika Plastic Industry HDPE Uses
HDPE is used to create sturdy products like PE pipe , blow-molded bottles for milk and household cleaners; blow-extruded grocery bags, construction film, and agricultural pipes and injection-molded pails, caps, appliance housings, and toys. It is also typically found in milk jugs, plastic bags and refillable plastic bottles. In addition to plastic lumber and recycled plastic furniture, recycled HDPE is used to buckets, crates, office products and automobile parts.
